Fifth grader Kylee Rooker from Miss Jennifer Kohut's class recently participated in a drawing contest with Edgar Snyder and Associates. Students in grades K-5 had the opportunity to illustrate a picture showing how they can be a hero. Kylee drew a picture depicting a real-life story of her helping to rescue an injured kitty, who now lives happily with Kylee's Uncle Dave! Kitty "Soot" was lucky to be rescued by Kylee and her loving family! Kylee's drawing entry placed in the TOP TEN out of over 1,500 entries! Congratulations, Kylee, on an amazing illustration!
