In honor of Constitution Day, students in Mr. Roger’s 5th-grade Social Studies class explored some creative ways to remember the importance of the U.S. Constitution, from bells representing the Liberty Bell to tasty snacks with a meaningful connection.
Even a pretzel can serve as a reminder! Its twisted shape represents how we are all connected and joined together as one country.
Students also had the opportunity to listen to a reading of the Constitution through our new social studies curriculum, Studies Weekly, helping bring this important piece of American history to life in the classroom.
