Knoch K-5 Weekend Food Program

The Knoch K-5 Weekend Food Program was established by teachers and school counselors from Knoch Primary and Intermediate Elementary Schools to assist children who were going hungry over the weekends and during school breaks.  Before departing for a break, children who are identified as having a food need are discreetly handed a bag of ready-to-eat or easily prepared foods, including snacks, main courses, fresh fruit, and drinks.
