Heather Buchan

Welcome!  I am Mrs. Buchan and I am the librarian at the intermediate elementary school.  I have worked in the district as a teacher  since 2009 and am looking forward to my position in the library.  I received my Bachelor's in elementary and early childhood education from Clarion University.  I then completed a Master of Education in reading from Slippery Rock University.  My latest certification is in Library Science from Clarion University.
